1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kaymo, Inc. (“Kaymo,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer – Not a Medical Device

KAYMO IS AN EDUCATIONAL AND ILLUSTRATIVE TOOL ONLY. KAYMO IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

All 3D visualizations, anatomical segmentations, and AI insights are experimental and for informational purposes only.
Kaymo does not replace the professional judgment of a healthcare provider.
Always consult with a qualified radiologist or physician to interpret your scans. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have seen on Kaymo.

3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of Kaymo does not create a doctor-patient or any other healthcare professional relationship. Kaymo is a technology service provider, not a healthcare provider.

4. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the medical imaging files (e.g., DICOM) you upload. You warrant that you own these records or have express legal authority to upload them.

5. License for AI Model Training

To improve our Services, you grant Kaymo a perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide license to use De-Identified versions of your data (scans stripped of PII, metadata, and facial geometry) to train our proprietary machine learning models. This de-identified data is no longer “Personal Data” and cannot be traced back to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAYMO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising under these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

Kaymo may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on kaymo.me with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
