We collect “Personal Data” (name and email via Clerk) and “Sensitive Health Data” (medical imaging files and metadata).

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the Service: Rendering 3D views and generating AI summaries.
For Internal Training: Using de-identified anatomical data to improve our segmentation algorithms.
Security: We use AES-256 encryption at rest and process health data on private virtual servers within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

3. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We share data with specific service providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Convex) to host and operate the platform. We do not sell your health data to third parties. See our Sub-processor List for current providers.

4. Global Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

We process health data based on your Explicit Consent.

EU/UK Users: You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data.
California Users: You have the right to limit the use of your “Sensitive Personal Information.”
